The Middle Out Center is a new research and strategic narrative institute dedicated to replacing trickle-down economics with a policy agenda and narrative that recognizes that a thriving middle class is the primary cause of economic growth and is essential to democracy—the economy grows from the middle out, not the top down. The Middle Out Center champions policies that include, empower, and invest in working people to enable every American to fully participate in the economy.
